Womb Grief & Womb Wisdom: a somatic journey into grief, desire, intimacy, and pleasure

Exclusively for members of Whole & Holy Mother

A sacred somatic workshop for tending what the womb and pelvis have carried.

The womb space holds so much more than our physical experiences. It can hold grief, birth stories, losses, disappointments, longing, shame, ancestral impressions, and the places where our desire, pleasure, and intimacy became guarded or hidden.

When grief is unacknowledged in the body, it can create distance from our own life-force. We may feel disconnected from desire, numb to pleasure, closed to intimacy, or unsure how to fully receive. Not because something is wrong with us, but because the body is protecting what has not yet been witnessed.

In this workshop, we will move slowly and gently into the wisdom of the pelvis through breath, somatic awareness, reflection, and sacred witnessing. We will create space to honor what has been held, soften around old stories, and listen for the deeper knowing beneath the pain.

As the womb is tended, desire can begin to feel safe again. Pleasure can become less performative and more natural. Intimacy can become less about giving ourselves away and more about being deeply present, open, and connected within our own bodies.

This is a space to grieve, remember, soften, and return to the living wisdom of the womb.
