WHOLE & Holy Mother

Illuminating a path towards healing & Wholeness for you + your family

A 12 month container & community space guiding mamas in returning to Nature’s design for them to thrive — supporting their deep inner journey of Wholeness - and in raising Whole and Holy humans.

the part nobody sees

Here's what almost nobody in your life would believe about you.

You love being a mother.

You might even feel like motherhood is the most important thing you've ever done. You've read the books. You think deeply about how you're raising your children. You're committed to doing things differently than they were done for you. You care about the food they eat, the rhythms of your home, the way you speak to them, the way they feel in your presence, and the kind of humans they are becoming.

And still, there are moments when you hear your mother's voice come out of your mouth.

Moments when you're yelling at the child you promised yourself you wouldn't yell at. When you're touched out by 3pm and counting the hours until bedtime. When your child needs you and you can feel that you simply have nothing left to give.

And maybe the hardest part isn't even that you're tired.

It's that you know too much not to notice what's happening.

You know your nervous system affects theirs. You know these early years matter. You know children learn far more from who we are than from what we tell them. You can see the pattern while you're inside of it—and somehow that can make it hurt even more when you still can't seem to choose differently.

Because you're not looking for another parenting strategy.

You've done the work.

You've listened to the podcasts. Read the parenting books. Learned about attachment and nervous-system regulation. Maybe you've been in therapy, taken the courses, changed the food, worked on your marriage, learned to breathe before you respond.

And much of it has helped.

But you're beginning to realize that knowing what kind of mother you want to be and having the capacity to be her in the moments that matter are two very different things.

Because motherhood doesn't only ask for better parenting.

It brings you into relationship with every part of yourself.

The exhaustion. The anger. The woman you were before children. The needs you've learned to ignore. The ways you still abandon yourself. The inherited patterns you swore you would never repeat. And underneath all of it, the knowing that you weren't meant to simply survive these years.

You want to feel alive inside your own life again.

You want energy in your body. Space in your nervous system. A marriage that is growing with you. A home that feels nourishing to live inside. You want to know yourself deeply enough that your children don't have to organize themselves around your wounds.

And perhaps more than anything, you want to look back on these formative years and know that you were here for them.

Not perfect.

But present. Growing. Responsive. Alive.

Because you understand something our culture has largely forgotten:

The mother is not separate from the family system.

When she becomes more nourished, the whole family feels it. When she heals, the way she relates changes. When she becomes more deeply rooted in herself, her children have less need to become who they think she needs them to be.

This is the work of Whole & Holy Mother.

Not helping you become a "better mom."

Helping you become more whole—more resourced in your body, more honest in your relationships, more connected to yourself, Nature and God, and more able to meet everything motherhood brings to the surface as part of your own becoming.

Because I believe motherhood was designed to be so much more than something we get through.

It is an initiation.

And you were never meant to walk an initiation alone.

When a mother is supported in becoming held, healed, and whole, she changes what becomes possible in her relationships, home and life.

Held → Healed → Whole

Held:
She stops doing motherhood and healing alone. She enters a space where she can be seen, supported, witnessed, and cared for.

Healed:
She begins tending to the patterns, pain, disconnection, and emotional weight that have kept her in survival, self-abandonment, or over-functioning.

Whole:
She returns to herself as a woman and mother—more resourced, embodied, self-trusting, and able to create a more nourishing family life.

Welcome to WHOLE & Holy Mother.

Initiating women into becoming the kind of mothers who heal lineages and restoring their sacred participation in life so that they experience interdependence as a spiritual path.

I believe the season of mother is meant to be a time of profound thriving, healing, creativity and growth.

Yet modern life often moves at a pace that is overwhelming and fragmented, far removed from the relational wisdom, communal support, and natural rhythms that families are designed to grow within.

Nature never designed motherhood to be lived in isolation, urgency or chronic overwhelm. If this is you: no village, no breaks, decision fatigue, loneliness, overwhelm, anxiety, irritability/rage, identity grief, exhaustion, shame - I want you to know that there’s another possibility. Nature designed motherhood as a season of deep nourishment, relational growth and human evolution — where both mamas and children are supported in the unfolding of who they are meant to become.

WHOLE & Holy Mother is a return to that design.

This process gently guides mamas into becoming more resourced, more regulated, and more Whole (cue fewer blowups, calmer bedtimes, repair after yelling - more joy in your life) — because when a mother heals, integrates, and aligns with herself, her presence naturally becomes a source of nourishment, steadiness, and vitality for her children. Mothering then becomes an overflow of her own wholeness, rather than an act of effort or sacrifice.

Many mothers were never shown:

  • That emotional patterns and relational imprints are inherited — and that they can be consciously transformed, rather than unconsciously repeated.

  • That the state of her nervous system sets the tone for the entire home — shaping safety, connection, and rhythm without a single word spoken.

  • That beneath reactivity lives an unmet need, an ungrieved story, or a wound asking to be held.

  • That conflict is not a failure of love, but an invitation to deeper repair, trust, and emotional maturity.

  • That a family does not thrive through effort alone, but through intentional rhythms that nourish and resource every member — beginning with the mother herself.

  • And that she, too, must be nourished.

Even the most loving and devoted mothers can find themselves repeating patterns they never intended to pass forward. This process creates the space, guidance, and practices for a mother to reclaim her energy, her clarity, and her inner authority — so that her mothering flows from abundance, presence, and alignment, rather than from depletion or obligation.

  • I feel more 'me' then I think I ever have in my life, and for that I am endlessly grateful."

  • " I felt like I had lost myself somewhere inside motherhood. I was giving so much to everyone else that I didn’t know how to reconnect with my own inner life anymore. This container helped me find myself again. I feel more alive, more present, and more whole in my body and heart. I’m still the same mother to my children, but now I feel nourished and supported in a way I didn’t know was possible."

  • "For the first time since becoming a mother, I felt truly supported and understood. The space that's created allows me to reconnect with myself in such a gentle but powerful way. I feel more grounded, more patient, and more joyful with my children. Motherhood doesn’t feel like something I’m barely surviving anymore — it feels like something I’m actually living and loving."

  • "I’ve developed rhythm through my days, steadiness in my life and a deeper understanding of my Self. I’ve cultivated a deep connection to and a reminder of my true nature - and my ability to connect to Her with greater frequency and ease."

  • "... I feel more connected to myself, more alive in my body, and more capable of meeting my children with love and presence. There is a sense of wholeness that has returned to my life. Motherhood now feels like the sacred and beautiful experience it was always meant to be."

“I yelled. Three times at least.
I said things that I would never say to a four year old if in my right state of mind. (for those wondering, I yelled “can’t you just be a NORMAL, kind person who doesn’t hit/chase/scare his sister every two seconds?!” Not the worst, I know - though still WAY out of integrity).
But I was intoxicated
with rage
that I hadn’t let myself FEEL.

“There’s a lot of frustration in my body,” I told him.
“I shouldn’t have said that and I’m sorry.”

At this age, they believe and become how we perceive them to be.

It’s not him.
He’s good.
Deeply good.
He triggers a part of me that needs to be felt, held and healed.

We need spaces to do that deep work
so that the fire doesn’t burn them -
but rather transforms us,
rebirths us
into the next version
of our Whole and Holy selves.”

We really are the ones who shape the next generation - not just in what we hope to teach them, but by the way we exist in their world.

When I’m under-resourced - life hits my edges more (which means I’m more edgy). My nervous system has less capacity to respond to the MOMENT with love.

Healing is a path. Resourcing is another. And they support each other so beautifully.

Whole & Holy Mother Method: We use a dual-pathway approach. We Resource your body using Ayurveda to stop the depletion. And we Heal the inherited imprints that keep you reactive. I can work on my triggers and I can support my system to not be so triggered.

The path of healing is the path of understanding and doing the work to integrate the root cause of dis-ease / dysfunction / disconnection from Self. Usually connected to past trauma and the ways we’ve learned to cope in order to survive.

The path of resourcing is doing everything that we can to stay vital and nourished on a regular basis. Building cellular energy and a steady and soft nervous system so that we grow our capacity to respond to the moment appropriately - rather that being pushed by our past (trauma).

Both are necessary.

When I use the word “trauma,” I’m not only referring to big, catastrophic events.

Trauma can be any experience in which you felt you had to abandon your authentic self in order to preserve connection, safety, or belonging.

Gabor Maté describes trauma not as the event itself, but as what happens inside of us as a result of the event. It is the disconnection from our true self that occurs when our nervous system and heart cannot safely process what we are experiencing.

For a child, attachment is survival.

Connection to caregivers is not optional — it is biological, emotional, and spiritual nourishment.

So when a child senses that their truth, emotions, needs, or expression might threaten that connection, they will almost always choose attachment over authenticity.

They may suppress their anger // Silence their needs // Hide their sensitivity // Become “easy” // Become hyper-responsible // Become who they believe they must be in order to remain loved, safe, and connected.

What if our children never had to adapt?

What if they were raised knowing their Wholeness, their authenticity, and supported on the journey of discovering their unique contribution to the world?

It begins with us.

With you, mama.

Who would you be if you never had to adapt? If you were living a life truly aligned? As you become more regulated, more resourced, more whole, and more connected to your deeper purpose, something extraordinary begins to unfold:

Your children no longer feel the need to become who they believe you need them to be.
They are free to become who they truly are.

Your healing gives them permission to keep their Wholeness intact.

WHOLE & Holy Mother exists to support you in stepping into this deeper work — while actively creating environments rooted in emotional safety, awareness, connection and love.

In holistic and traditional healing systems, the well-being of the mother has always been understood as the foundation of family health.

This is for the woman who knows motherhood as a holy threshold. It’s for women who are ready to do the inner work that actually transforms their experience of motherhood. Mothers who:

✨ Sense that motherhood is a deep transformative journey — a threshold of inner growth, healing, and emergence.

✨ Have noticed patterns of parenting that feel reactive or inherited — and they want to consciously shift them rather than unconsciously repeat them.

✨ Feel depleted, fragmented, or disconnected from themselves — and long to anchor in nourishment, steadiness, and presence so their mothering flows from fullness instead of exhaustion.

✨ Want relational and nervous-system awareness — not just tactics but understanding how their inner experience shapes the tone of the whole family.

✨ Are ready to embrace both the shadow and sacredness of motherhood — willing to meet what’s been wounded, unintegrated, or unexamined so they can mother from wholeness, not escape from their own story.

✨ See motherhood as part of their own evolution — they aren’t just raising children; they are committed to developing themselves as human beings.

It is for you if you are:

Preparing to conceive
And you want to enter pregnancy from wholeness — tending your body, your nervous system, your lineage, your relationship, your LIFE before new life arrives.

Pregnant
And you sense this is an initiation — not something to endure, but something to consciously walk through with alignment, strength, and support.

Postpartum
Tender, raw, newly opened — longing to be nourished and held through this sacred right of passage, to integrate and to honor your becoming.

Mothering children from newborn through age twelve
In the formative years where attachment, rhythm, emotional tone, and nervous system patterning are being laid — and you feel the weight and beauty of that responsibility.

This is for the woman who:

  • Knows her children feel her inner state.

  • Feels the call to break inherited patterns — gently, consciously.

  • Desires partnership that feels aligned rather than strained.

  • Wants a home shaped by rhythm, not chaos.

  • Is ready to stop abandoning herself in order to be a “good mother.”

  • Understands that tending to herself is not selfish — it is foundational.

  • Feels that thriving is possible — even in the intensity of early motherhood.

This is not for the woman looking for quick fixes or surface-level parenting strategies.

This is for the woman who is willing to begin within.
Who understands that the ecosystem of her family reorganizes when she does. Who is ready to become more alive, more rooted, more expressed — not someday, but now.

Dhyana Masla is an Ayurveda Health Counselor, author of Ayurveda Mama, mother of three, and guide for women walking the sacred threshold of motherhood. Her work weaves together Ayurvedic wisdom, nervous system healing, pro-metabolic living, and spiritual devotion to support mothers in becoming deeply nourished and resourced.

WHOLE & Holy Mother is an extension of this work — born from Dhyana’s own life as a mother, practitioner, and guide. With three children at home, she knows firsthand what it means to hold a family: the sweetness, the responsibility, the stretching, and the continual return to what truly nourishes. Her lived experience, combined with years of guiding mothers through preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood, informs every part of this container.

Dhyana helps women move from depletion to steadiness — in body, heart, and home. She believes that when a mother heals and remembers her wholeness, she transforms generations. WHOLE & Holy Mother exists to support mothers in becoming that steady, resourced presence — so their mothering is an overflow of vitality rather than an act of exhaustion.

Why I Do This Work

Parenthood has shown me again and again that every experience is medicine when we meet it with honesty and humility. The moments that overwhelm us, the moments that soften us, the moments that challenge our capacity — they all hold wisdom. I’ve come to trust that if we stay oriented toward growth, life will keep deepening us, refining us, and guiding us toward who we are meant to become as parents, partners, and people. And I truly believe that Motherhood is a spiritual path. It reveals to us so many of our edges, as well as our unbelievable capacity to love. It has the potential to mature us in the most important ways - and gives us the possibility of becoming instruments of the most consistent, expansive and healing love that the world - and our children - so deeply need.

This is why I care so deeply about supporting mamas. WHOLE & Holy Mother is my way of guiding mothers back to themselves — to their body, their rhythm, their clarity, and their inner authority.

We will weave:

• Ayurveda and holistic lifestyle wisdom
• Somatic healing, bio-dynamics and nervous system integration
• Psycho-somatic coaching and trauma-informed relational work
• Ancestral and generational pattern awareness
• Conscious parenting and partnership repair tools

I have supported individuals, couples, and families through profound transformation and created WHOLE & Holy Mother as a living container for sustainable, generational healing.

You are not meant to walk this path alone.

A Living Approach to Ayurveda

Ayurveda is often described as the science of life — but at its heart, it is the art of living in right relationship.

Right relationship with the rhythms of nature.
With the wisdom of your body.
With the deeper truth that lives within you.

What it means to live Ayurveda will look different for each one of you.

It is about integrating the "lives" that we live so that our life can be coherently whole. There is no longer a separation between your spiritual life and your life; your work and your purpose; your vision and your reality; your hardships and your healing. Your life becomes a unified whole, because you are living it from the deepest place - you are anchored in yourself.

The medicine of Ayurveda is so much deeper that treating symptoms of dysfunction and dis-ease. Ayurveda will move you into an awareness of any part of your life that is dis-jointed from any other. It will show you aspects of your self that are out of harmony with how you're meant to be living and why you're actually here.

The art, practice, and experience of Ayurveda reminds you how to live in alignment with your true nature, with the natural world, and with the Source of all that is.

In this way, health is not something we force or control. It is something that naturally arises when we are living in alignment.

Inside WHOLE & Holy Mother, Ayurveda becomes a framework for remembering this alignment.

“At its deepest level, all of the ways we resource ourselves are meant to guide us back to something even more sustaining — back to Source: back to our true Self, back to Nature and to God.”

Here’s exactly what you’re saying yes to

Whole & Holy Mother is a year-long mentorship for mothers who are ready to experience motherhood as the initiation it was always meant to be—healing what motherhood brings to the surface, restoring their energy and capacity, and becoming more deeply aligned with who they are. Together, we tend to the whole mother—body, mind, relationships, motherhood, home, and spiritual life—because everything touches everything, and when a mother becomes more whole, her entire family feels it.

OUTCOMES FAMILIES EXPERIENCE

Early on (first weeks):
Many mothers begin by noticing themselves more clearly.
You start to see patterns in how you react, where you lose yourself, or the moments when you feel most drained or disconnected.

At the same time, there are small moments of return—
a deeper breath, a pause before reacting, a moment of sensing yourself again inside the day.

This stage is often about awareness and remembering yourself.

As the work deepens:
You begin to feel more space inside your inner world.
The emotional intensity of motherhood doesn’t necessarily disappear—but you start to feel less lost inside it.

Many mothers begin to reconnect with parts of themselves that felt far away:
their creativity, their intuition, their sense of inner authority, their aliveness.

This stage is often about reconnection and nervous system support.

Later in the process:
A deeper shift often begins to take place.
Motherhood no longer feels only like something you are giving and giving into. Instead, it becomes a place where you are also being met by life.

Mothers often describe feeling more grounded in themselves, more connected to their purpose, and more able to meet their children without abandoning who they are.

There is a sense of being more alive, held by life, and plugged into something deeper than the daily demands.

The goal is not perfection in parenting.

It is becoming a mother who is more whole within herself
so that both you and your children can grow inside a field of truth, presence, and real connection.

From there, you will experience:

• A home environment rooted in emotional safety, warmth, and genuine connection

• Nervous systems that feel more calm, resilient, alive and naturally regulated

• Greater clarity, confidence, and trust in navigating life, partnership, and parenting

• A gentle unraveling of inherited family patterns, allowing new and life-giving ways of relating to emerge

• Children who feel safe to express their emotions, creativity, and individuality

• Nourishing daily rhythms aligned with nature that support vitality and wellbeing for the whole family

• The experience of being held within a village of conscious, like-hearted mamas walking a similar path

• A living foundation for a family culture that continues to grow, evolve, and flourish across generations

• Mothers who feel more resourced, whole, and anchored in themselves — naturally supporting children in developing a deep sense of wholeness within who they are

• A felt sense that motherhood has become a meaningful path of personal growth, relational depth, and shared human evolution

This Work Changes Generations

This is not just about getting access to teachings.

This is about becoming the kind of mother who:

  • knows how to return to herself

  • knows how to resource herself

  • has greater capacity for life

  • feels more steady, nourished, and whole

  • meets motherhood with more presence and less reactivity

  • trusts herself more deeply

You are warmly invited into WHOLE & Holy Mother.

Without intentional support, many mamas unknowingly continue repeating inherited patterns of disconnection, emotional suppression, or relational tension.

Children shape themselves around unconscious family dynamics rather than growing from their authentic nature.

WHOLE & Holy Mother helps interrupt these cycles and replaces them with conscious, connected ways of being, living and relating - and ultimately, ways of thriving in all aspects of your life.

You can wait.

You can tell yourself next year will be better. That there will be more time. More support. A better season.

But waiting often keeps you in the very place you already know is no longer working:

under-resourced, disconnected, depleted, knowing something needs to change.

This is your opportunity to start now.

To be supported now. To heal now. To become more nourished, more whole, and more alive now.

Apply to join Whole & Holy Mother

There’s no “add to cart” button on this page, and that’s intentional.

Whole & Holy Mother is an intimate container, and I care deeply about the women who gather inside of it. I want this to be a space of mothers who are ready to look honestly at themselves, take responsibility for their becoming, and grow alongside other women doing the same. So I personally read every application.

First, you apply. The application takes about ten minutes and is simply an opportunity for me to understand where you are, what motherhood is bringing up for you, and what you’re longing for in this season. Applying isn’t a commitment or a payment. It’s simply raising your hand and saying, I’m ready for support.

Then, I read your application myself. If I feel Whole & Holy Mother can truly support what you’re seeking, I’ll personally reach out with the next steps to join us. And if I don’t believe this is the right container or the right season, I’ll be honest about that too. I’m not interested in convincing anyone to join. I want you to feel a clear, grounded yes.

Then, you enroll and begin. You’ll receive everything you need to enter the community and begin walking alongside mothers who are also committed to healing, growing, and becoming more whole through the initiation of motherhood.

If something in you has been quietly saying, this is the kind of support I’ve been looking for, I invite you to listen.
