A 1.5-Hour Experiential Workshop for Mothers

I want to invite you into a different kind of space.

A space where you don’t have to hold everything together.
A space where you can set down the roles, the responsibilities, the constant outward attention.

A space where you can simply breathe.

Motherhood is beautiful and meaningful…
and it is also intense.

We carry so much — the needs of our children, the emotional landscape of our homes, the many invisible responsibilities that fill our days.

And often, there is very little space to process, release, or reconnect with the deeper parts of ourselves.

Breathwork offers a doorway.

Through conscious, connected breathing, we can begin to move energy that has been held in the body…
soften old emotional patterns…
and reconnect with a deeper sense of presence and aliveness.

This is why I created Mother’s Breath — a free workshop for mothers who want to experience the healing and transformational power of breath.

In this session, I’ll guide you through a holotropic-style breathwork journey designed to support:

• Emotional release and nervous system reset
• Reconnection with your body and inner landscape
• Deeper clarity and insight
• A renewed sense of vitality and presence as a mother

This is a powerful but deeply supported space, where the breath becomes a guide back to your own inner wisdom.

Mother’s Breath is also a doorway into Whole & Holy Mother — for the woman ready to tend herself as deeply as she tends her family.
