A Sacred Return to Intimacy, Partnership & the Family You’re Creating

A 7-day experience for mothers who want to cultivate a more connected relationship - not through perfection, pressure, or fixing their partner - but through returning to themselves, creating space for real intimacy, and tending the relational field their family lives within.

September 13th-19th 2026

Your relationship is not separate from your family life.

It is part of the field your family grows within.

You are holding so much.

The children. The meals. The home. The calendar. The invisible work of remembering, anticipating, tending, and caring for everyone around you.

And somewhere within all of that, your relationship may have become another place where things simply need to get done.

Who is doing pickup?
What do we need from the store?
Did you make the appointment?
What is happening this weekend?

You may love each other deeply, yet miss the feeling of truly meeting one another. The warmth. The playfulness. The honesty. The intimacy of feeling seen, desired, and connected beyond the logistics of family life. Like you are creating this life together, rather than simply managing it beside one another.

There may be more tension than tenderness. More distance than touch. More things left unspoken because there never seems to be enough time, space, or capacity to tend to what is really happening between you.

I believe relationship is a living field. And like anything alive, it is shaped by what we bring into it: our patterns, protections, unspoken needs, resentment, presence, and willingness to be known.

The Field is a seven-day invitation to begin tending the relationship itself.

Not by taking responsibility for everything, but by becoming more aware of how you show up within the space between you… and creating small openings for more truth, intimacy, repair, and connection.

Because when you change the way you meet the relationship, the field itself begins to change.

What Changes When You Tend the Field

Before The Field, you may feel:

  • Like you and your partner only talk about the kids and the to-do list

  • Disconnected from your own needs, desires, and sense of self

  • Frustrated that you are carrying the emotional labor alone

  • Unsure how to bring up what you need without it becoming a fight

  • Stuck in tension, avoidance, criticism, or silence

  • Like closeness is another thing you have to manage

After The Field, you will have a clearer way to:

  • Recognize what is actually happening between you, without blame

  • Return to yourself instead of abandoning your needs or exploding from them

  • Create connection without needing a grand gesture or perfect date night

  • Name what is true with more honesty and less attack

  • Move through disconnection with more care and possibility for repair

  • Build a relationship culture your family can grow inside of

Inside The Field

After our opening call, for five days, you’ll receive a guided voice note, reflection, and simple practice to help you tend the relationship between you, without turning your relationship into one more thing to fix or adding more pressure to your already full life. We’ll have a live midweek session, and then we’ll close with a live session on day 7 🌟

Day 1 : Opening Call

Day 2: The Relationship Is a Field

Your relationship does not exist in isolation. It shapes, and is shaped by, the emotional environment of your home and family.

You’ll begin to notice what the space between you has been holding, what has gone untended, and where your relationship may be asking for your care and attention.

Day 3: Return to Yourself

Before you can truly meet another person, you have to be able to stay connected to yourself.

You’ll reconnect with what you are feeling, needing, longing for, and desiring… and begin to notice where you may have learned to leave yourself behind in order to preserve connection.

Day 4: Meeting Without Losing Yourself

Real intimacy is not created by becoming one, performing closeness, or abandoning yourself for the sake of the relationship.

It is created when you can remain connected to yourself while meeting the person in front of you.

You’ll explore how individuality, honesty, and aliveness create the space for a more dynamic and intimate relationship.

Day 5: Rupture, Truth & Repair

Disconnection is not the end of intimacy. It can become a doorway into deeper understanding when we learn how to meet it differently.

You’ll begin to recognize the patterns that arise when you feel hurt, threatened, or disconnected- and practice creating an honest bridge back toward one another.

Day 6: Tending the Field

A thriving relationship is not created through one grand gesture. It is shaped through the small choices we make again and again.

You’ll create your own understanding of devotion- not as self-sacrifice, perfection, or taking responsibility for everything, but as the ongoing practice of tending to love, truth, care, presence, and the life you are creating together.

Day 7: Closing Call

This Is Not About Fixing Your Relationship in Seven Days

It is about creating a new starting point.

A place from which you can begin noticing the patterns that have shaped the space between you.

Where you can communicate what is true rather than waiting for your partner to somehow know. Where distance does not have to mean that your relationship is broken. Where your needs no longer have to be abandoned until they emerge as resentment, withdrawal, or anger.

And where you can begin creating more warmth, honesty, play, intimacy, and mutual care - one small choice at a time.

Because tending to your partnership does not take away from your children or your family.

The relationship between you is part of the field in which your family is growing.

And tending to that field is one of the most meaningful ways you care for everyone within it.

Who we are

We are Dhyana and Vira - partners in life, parenting, and the lifelong work of becoming more whole. As parents of three, we know firsthand the beauty, responsibility, stretching, and continual refinement of family life. Our work brings together Ayurveda, somatics, nervous system and relational healing, spiritual practice, and lived experience to support the adults at the center of the family- because we believe that when parents are nourished, supported, and willing to heal, the entire family changes.

We see family as a living ecosystem: a shift in one root changes the whole tree. The way we care for ourselves shapes how we meet our partners and children, the culture we create in our homes, and what gets passed forward.

Through Whole Family, we help individuals and couples tend those roots - healing patterns, deepening relationship, and building a family life that reflects their deepest values. This isn’t simply our profession; it is the work we are living ourselves.

We believe that when we heal ourselves, we heal our relationships - and when families heal, generations shift.

This is designed to be easy to follow and simple to integrate into real life.

You do not need extra hours. You do not need to do it perfectly. You do not need childcare, a retreat center, or an elaborate morning routine.

You just need a willingness to come back to what is life-giving.

The Field Is Just the Beginning

The Field is designed to open the door to the deeper work we do inside Whole & Holy Mother.

Because your relationship does not exist separately from your motherhood.

The way you relate to yourself, communicate your needs, move through conflict, receive support, and stay connected to the people you love shapes the entire field of your family.

Over these five days, you will begin to see more clearly:

  • what motherhood and relationship are bringing to the surface

  • the patterns that are ready to be healed

  • where you have been leaving yourself behind

  • where you are under-supported or under-resourced

and what becomes possible when the mother is deeply nourished, held, and connected to herself

For those who feel called to continue, there will be an invitation into my year-long mentorship:

Whole & Holy Mother

A space for mothers ready to walk the deeper path of healing, nourishment, relationship, and becoming—with ongoing mentorship, meaningful community, and support for tending the whole woman, the whole mother, and the whole family.

The Field Is for You If…

You’re ready to stop waiting for your partner to change before tending to the relationship between you.

You want honest, practical, body-led support that helps you understand the patterns shaping your connection.

You want to feel more warm, playful, intimate, and alive together—not because life became easier, but because you learned how to stay connected to yourself and truly meet one another within it.
