Private Family Retreats
A Bespoke 3–5 Day Immersion for Your Family’s Next Chapter
A private, immersive space for your family to receive support, restore connection, and intentionally shape the next chapter of your life together.
A private retreat for families who want to step away from the pace and pressure of daily life and receive deeply personalized support.
Together, we create an experience tailored to what is most alive for your family: postpartum integration, a major life transition, relational healing, replenishment, shared visioning, deeper partnership, or simply the desire to create a more connected and nourishing way of living.
Through individualized mentorship, couples support, somatic work, restorative practices, nourishing meals, and spacious time to integrate, your retreat becomes a devoted pause—a place to tend to yourselves, one another, and the family culture you are creating.
No two retreats are the same. Each is designed around your needs, your season, and the life you want to live into together.
There are seasons when a weekly call, a book, or even a weekend away is not enough.
Seasons when life is asking your family to slow down, receive support, and meet what is truly here—together.
Our Private Family Retreats are intimate, custom-designed 3–5 day immersions for families who want to step outside the pace of daily life and enter a deeply supported space of rest, reconnection, healing, and intentional visioning.
Whether you are moving through a postpartum season, a significant life transition, relational tension, exhaustion, a change in health or identity, or simply the desire to feel more connected and resourced as a family, this retreat is created around what is most alive for you.
This is not a one-size-fits-all itinerary.
It is a devoted pause. A place to tend to the woman, the partnership, the body, the family system, and the home you are creating together.
What We Will Create Together
Before your retreat, we will get to know your family, your current season, what feels difficult, and what you desire to be different.
From there, we design a private experience that supports you in living into your vision—not just talking about it.
Your retreat may hold space for:
Navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or the transition into parenthood
Reconnecting as partners after seasons of stress, change, or disconnection
Creating a more nourishing rhythm around health, energy, rest, and family life
Moving through a major transition, decision, move, loss, or new chapter
Tending to emotional and relational patterns that keep repeating
Reconnecting with your body, your inner knowing, and your sense of self
Creating a shared vision for your home, relationship, and family culture
Receiving support simply because you are ready to be cared for, not because something is “wrong”
No two family retreats are the same. The experience unfolds in response to your needs, your capacity, and the life you want to create from here.
A Day in Your Retreat
Your days will have a gentle rhythm: enough structure to create movement and depth, with enough spaciousness to rest, integrate, play, and simply be together.
A day may include:
Morning Grounding & Yoga
Begin the day slowly with a personalized yoga, movement, breath, or grounding practice designed to support your energy, body, and the season you are in.
Nourishing, Thoughtful Meals
Meals are part of the care. Your food and rhythm will be tailored to your family’s needs, preferences, and the kind of experience you are craving: simple, grounding, restorative, celebratory, and spacious.
Ayurvedic Nourishment & Care for the Mother
Whether you are in the sacred season of postpartum or simply longing for a time of deep replenishment, we create space for you to be nourished, held, and cared for. Drawing from the wisdom of Ayurveda, this may include warm herbal baths, personalized herbal preparations, deeply nourishing foods, traditional abhyanga oil massages, and restorative rituals tailored to your unique constitution and season of life.
So often, the mother is the one tending to everyone else. Here, we turn some of that care toward you. Creating the conditions for your body to soften, your reserves to be replenished, and your capacity to give to come from a place of fullness.
Private 1:1 Support
Individual sessions create room for each person to be met in what is uniquely theirs—whether that is motherhood, identity, health, energy, emotional patterns, relationship with self, or a transition that needs care.
Marma Somatic Therapy
Private marma somatic therapy sessions with Vira offer body-based support and a space to slow down, listen to what is being held beneath the surface, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body.
Couples Work & Relationship Support
You will have guided space to speak honestly, understand one another more deeply, repair what feels tender, and create new ways of relating that can come home with you.
This may include support around communication, intimacy, shared responsibility, emotional patterns, rupture and repair, or the shared vision you hold for your family.
Family Visioning & Integration
We make space not only for what needs tending, but for what wants to be created.
Through conversation, reflection, practices, and personalized guidance, you will explore questions like:
What does our family most need in this season?
What kind of home do we want to create?
What rhythms would help us feel more supported and connected?
What patterns are we ready to stop repeating?
What would it look like to live from our values—not just hope for them?
Spacious Time to Rest & Receive
There is room for nature, naps, play, journaling, quiet meals, connection, and unstructured time.
The retreat is not about filling every hour. It is about creating the conditions for your family to exhale.
A Glimpse Into Your Day — The Immersive Retreat

Begin the day with gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and practices to reconnect with your body and set an intention for the day.

9:30 AM | Private Sessions & Personal Exploration

11:00 AM | Ayurvedic Body Care & Restoration
Time for the mother to receive. A warm herbal bath, traditional abhyanga oil massage, personalized herbal preparations, or deeply restorative practices designed to replenish and nourish.
12:30 PM | Lunch & Spacious Rest
A nourishing lunch followed by time to rest, nap, journal, enjoy nature, or simply be with your family.
3:00 PM | Couples Work & Relationship Exploration
A guided session to deepen understanding, explore relational patterns, practice honest communication, and strengthen your capacity for connection and repair.
4:30 PM | Family Time & Integration
Unstructured time to play, walk in nature, swim, connect with your children, or integrate the day's experiences.
6:00 PM | Dinner & Evening Connection
A beautiful, nourishing meal enjoyed together, with space to slow down and savor the evening.
This is simply one possibility. Some days may be devoted more fully to deep inner work, others to rest, body care, connection, or family experiences. If you are in postpartum, the rhythm will be especially gentle, with an emphasis on rest, nourishment, and receiving care.
The intention is never to fill your days, but to create the conditions for meaningful transformation to unfold naturally.
We are Dhyana and Vira - partners in life, parenting, and the lifelong work of becoming more whole. As parents of three, we know firsthand the beauty, responsibility, stretching, and continual refinement of family life. Our work brings together Ayurveda, somatics, nervous system and relational healing, spiritual practice, and lived experience to support the adults at the center of the family—because we believe that when parents are nourished, supported, and willing to heal, the entire family changes.
We see family as a living ecosystem: a shift in one root changes the whole tree. The way we care for ourselves shapes how we meet our partners and children, the culture we create in our homes, and what gets passed forward.
Through Whole Family, we help individuals and couples tend those roots - healing patterns, deepening relationship, and building a family life that reflects their deepest values. This isn’t simply our profession; it is the work we are living ourselves.
We believe that when we heal ourselves, we heal our relationships - and when families heal, generations shift.

You are postpartum, preparing for parenthood, or finding your way through a major shift in family life.

You are ready to tend to what is here with honesty, tenderness, and intention.
You desire more than a vacation—you want an experience that creates meaningful shifts in the way you live together.

A Note From Us
Your family does not need to be in crisis to deserve support.
You do not need to wait until disconnection has become unbearable, until postpartum has passed, until the transition is over, or until everyone else has been cared for.
Sometimes the most powerful thing a family can do is choose to pause—before the next chapter fully arrives—and ask:
How do we want to live this?
We would be honored to create that space with you.
